Galilee United Methodist Church is a United Methodist congregation in the Gateway District of the North Carolina Conference of the United Methodist Church. Being United Methodist, we are a connectional church in mission worldwide and also a vital local congregation following our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, reaching out to offer Jesus Christ to the community. We seek to witness the love of Jesus to people in order to bring wholeness to their lives and welcome everyone, regardless of race or cultural background, into this Christian fellowship known as Galilee United Methodist Church.
Galilee is a church about the community. Our Mission Statement is: Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28: 19-20)
